Assembly Manufacturing Technician Zephyr Tool Group | Production / Manufacturing | Full-Time, Hourly Pay: $17.50 – $18.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM Benefits: Health insurance, accrued vacation & sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) Lifting: 35–50 lbs About the Role Zephyr Tool Group is looking for a dependable Assembly Manufacturing Technician to join our production floor team. You'll assemble parts and components by hand and using machine presses, following work instructions to produce finished tooling products. No experience necessary — we train motivated candidates who show up reliably and take pride in quality work. What You'll Do Assemble parts and components by hand and using machine presses, following work orders and instructions Perform repetitive assembly tasks consistently while maintaining quality and speed standards Inspect assembled parts for defects and conformance to specifications Follow all safety procedures, including machine press safety and PPE requirements Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Meet daily and weekly production and quality goals Physical Requirements Continuous repetitive motion using hands, wrists, elbows, arms, shoulders, and back Standing for extended periods on an industrial floor; frequent bending, twisting, and reaching Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials and parts weighing 35–50 lbs Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly work Wearing required PPE at all times (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear) What We're Looking For Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic diagrams Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Prior manufacturing/assembly experience a plus, but not required — we train Zephyr Tool Group is an equal opportunity employer.
